• All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched promptly.

• All products will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Our standard delivery timeline for all products is 5–7 business days.

• For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹100 applies.

• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional fee of ₹60.

4. Bulky or Oversized Items

• Larger or heavier items may require additional handling time and could take up to 7–10 business days for delivery.

• Such exceptions will always be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

5. International Shipping

• International delivery is available to select destinations.

• Delivery timelines for international orders range between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

6. Tracking & Notifications

• Once shipped, customers will receive an email or SMS confirmation along with a tracking ID to monitor the order status in real time.

7. Delays & Liability

• While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, strikes, natural disasters, or customs processes.

• GiftsMantra will not be held responsible for courier delays, but we will support you in tracking and resolving issues.
