Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and videos as proof.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers will bear the shipping charges.
All returns will be delivered within 5 days after approval.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
All eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Customers may also request a store credit voucher instead of a refund.
Customers may opt for an exchange (subject to availability) if the product is defective or damaged.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the product has not been dispatched or customization has not started.
Once an order is shipped or customization is in process, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved, printed, or specially packaged items) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
Issues with such items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To file a complaint, email us at support@giftsmantra.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images/videos.
Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution in the form of a refund, replacement, or credit voucher, as applicable.
GiftsMantra reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the request does not meet the conditions mentioned above. Final decisions will be made after internal review.
